Competitive Gymnastics at All 4

All 4 offers a progression of training for those interested in competitive Gymnastics

Pre Team - Hotshots (offered in Prosper and Frisco)

This group for ages 4-6 gets gymnasts ready for Pre Team Rising Stars, which can lead to competitive gymnastics in the future. The Hotshots program builds a strong foundation for your athlete's future in gymnastics. Athletes must be invited or approved to join Hotshots.

Pre Team - Rising Stars (offered in Prosper and Frisco)

Pre Team Rising Stars is designed to prepare gymnasts 6+ to try out for All 4’s Xcel competitive gymnastics team. They will focus on positions, strength, flexibility and skill development. Athletes must be invited or approved to join pre team.

Xcel Team (offered in Frisco only)

The Bronze level is where most new gymnasts enter, unless they have had previous experience. Learning routines and competing at this entry level allows gymnasts to attain goals, establish lasting friendships with teammates, and build confidence that helps them everywhere in life. Athletes compete routines that are customized to their age, strengths, taste and personality. This makes it more fun and allows them to express themselves.

Since it is less of a time commitment, they also have time to do other activities outside of gymnastics, as long as it doesn’t interfere with training times and competitions.
