Advanced Tumbling
Many athletes at this level are perfecting skills and technqiue for competitive or school cheer. Mastering multiple back handsprings and the tuck and gaining the basics of a layout is necessary for progression and success in Elite levels.

Students are working aerials, front tucks, roundoff back handspring tucks/ layouts, standing back handsprings to tucks/ layouts and standing tucks.
Requirements
- 3 Standing Back Handsprings
- 3 Running Back Handsprings
Preferred
- Front Handspring and bounder or
- Front Handspring series
